I had my first massage with Carrie this weekend and it was by far the best massage I have had, ever.First of all the... space is stunning, airy, bright, spotless and full of plants and crystals.Carrie is extremely personable, knowledgable and spiritual. She started my session with a cleansing using a sage bundle. She was really attuned to the areas of my body that needed attention, the pressure was perfect and in addition to the massage, hot packs and foot detoxifying scrub; She also utilized a crystal during my massage by placing one on my back. It was my first time having a crystal encorporated, and as it turns out it was exactly what I needed. At the end of my massage, she read a beautiful passage that spoke to my soul and brought me to tears.I am beyond gratuitous for Carrie, she is truly a master at her craft. I am so pleased with the overall mind, body, soul and hollistic expierience that I had. I received so much more than just a massage. I will make Shine studio and my sessions with Carrie a part of my wellness regime.10/10 recommend.read more

The best part of my week is Tuesday night at the barre with Emma. Her class is a great workout and a lot of fun. I love... the music Emma plays and the positive environment she creates. The room is usually on the warmer side, very comfortable for the chilly winter months. I can’t recommend this class enough, give it a try!!read more
